The caretaker of an adolescent killed in car wreck relating to the spouse of a United States diplomat has urged her ” as being a mum” to go back to the British for questioning.
August Harry Dunn, 19, died when his motorbike collided with a car near RAF Croughton in Northamptonshire on 27.
